I’d say you did pretty good for a first timer, this isn’t what I’d call low poly though, I’d call it ‘‘blocky’’
This is a high poly bench press, if you could make this but with less details and no textures, that’d be great low poly work.

Low-poly means low polygons. My build doesn’t have many polygons, so it is low-poly.
