I’ve been working on this scene for a total of 2.5 hours, and I’m stumped on stuff to add. What do you think I should add/remove to make the areas in the given images look more “whole,” or “full?” Or, if it looks fine at its current state, let me know!

The map itself is amazing
You could add some small grass blades poking out of the ground and a few bushes here and there.
I do agree with @Crazedbrick1, you need to add atmosphere.
Beautiful modelling and overall lightning, but what will improve this build as @Crazedbrick1 said is to add atmosphere! Make sure to update the post once you added it I’m so curious how it’ll look!
Looks great! This is super niche for but for particle effects on low poly builds (like the fire) I find that swapping out for a hexagon/octagon adds a nice little touch. I also think in your time sequence you could probably make the base particles bigger so it looks more like an active flame.
