Right now I am making a map that is similar to the Hypixel SkyWars map. However, I’m not sure what to add.

I really like it, but one thing I would do is add more detail to the square ring island around the middle. It looks bare. Good job!

Great map!
A single suggestion, you do not need to apply it.
< This staircase has too many steps, and it looks a bit linear, try to remove some steps, and give it more volume.
The rest is super cool.

You can add a lake/pond or river. You can also add a blacksmith like house in the center island.

Try to add pathways, some lakes, rocks etc to fill in the blank spaces, another thing i dont like is the trees whose leaves are made of juz 1 part, it wud b better to make it some more confined.

Pretty nice map! Looks very good!
But I thing that you should try adding more details like some furnitures with the same style as the house and a post mill in one of the corners of the penultimate part.
If you continue doing these blocky style games, I believe you’re going to turn the next developer of BedWars and Roblox Island.
Keep improving a lot! You’re almost there to make it super duper awesome!

I love the build style, it looks really good. My only suggestion would be to change the halo type islands around the center to more separated islands.
I personally think it would not only look better but fit the style a lot of good skywars maps have.
This is just an example, the islands could be connected more than this:

From a balance standpoint, you need to give players at their spawn more cover. Anyone with a ranged weapon can easily take out players who aren’t hiding in or building their cover.
Maybe add some tall terrain like this on the outer ring
to make it a bit more difficult for others to see where players are.
As you may notice in most skywars maps in hypixel, there is a easy to access lower area in the spawning island as well as plenty of 2-3 block high walls that allows players to extend and make more secure or to hide in as is

It looks great! One thing I would do is add some more detail to the island in the second picture.
make the outer ring less blocky and have more variation than just one block
