On Roblox Creator Documentation, the article “Marketplace Policy” should change their further image samples of when it needs to have or not “modesty layer” whenever producing a UGC bundle.
Most of the additional examples are confusing to understand for new 3D modelers who want to expand their careers on the platform as UGC creators. For instance: Two bundles that represent the biological animal “chicken” (). Both of them do not contain anything that is not adequate.

I think in the examples above, the texture (or lack of) is what throws off the modesty layer check in the ones that the being called out as “Requires Modesty Layer”.
I believe this particular case should have an observation that it contains layered clothing.
However, for the rest, they don’t make sense. For instance: “Teddy Bear” requires a modesty layer while “Living Pumpkin” doesn’t. The only examples that are comprehensive for anyone are humans that require bra and a underpants…
