IMO, I would recommend not uploading IP/likenesses that do not belong to you.

The policy page states that Roblox automatically detects and categorizes body suits and I’ve confirmed this is still the case. I think this was recently rolled out and from the announcement comments I see others with similar issues as yours. It may be a good opportunity to surface this issue to the team asap.
Since this is a Marketplace / Economy issue rather than a Documentation one. I suggest reposting this bug report as an issue under that category. In the meantime, I’ll keep an eye out to make sure we document the latest information on body suits on the policy page.
