Looking for feedback on my realistic recreation of McDonald’s (exterior only)
Mid poly <2k parts is the goal but any recommendations on increasing realism/environment or potentially color theories, anything appreciated!
(note: the blank spaces near parking lots with tan pebble material are going to have trees just haven’t made them yet because this is a rough draft)

If someone steals a candy car from a shop and gets away with it, does that make it okay to steal a candy bar, too?
What I mean it’s that there seems to be no issue with it
It’s not like someone managed to get away, it’s like there is nothing wrong because if there was Roblox would have done something (It’s been on trending for months)

Do DMCAs also apply for buildings? OP is just rebuilding what’s there in the real world. The founders of the “Build-The-Earth” Minecraft project would have gotten DMCA’d by countless companies if this was the case. As far as I’m concerned, only the McDonalds logo and writing are copyrighted, so just removing or changing them to something else would solve the problem.
What if I just flip the logo upside down to a W would they still be able to DMCA 
If you also did some flipping on the name, then now lol I think you have immunity
But change the style slightly, that way they really can’t
Edit: Maybe call it WkRonald’s
To avoid DMCA. I would rename it to WDonalds because it is such a W.
