Feedback on Medieval building

I just finished up this build for a simulator I am working on, I would like to get some feedback on the colors and the build quality.

Make it a bit larger to players fit inside. And this creation is good!

Oh sorry i didnt show it next to a character, the door is slightly bigger than a character so it is built to size. But is not meant to be stepped inside, just a front for the shop

Oh ok, my bad. Next time take care of this problems!

Im not really a fan of the colours, also what type of medieval simulator will this game be, is it more fantasy or realistic? buildings wouldnt contain so many windows sticking out and if they did they would only reach out to the support beam.

Its going to be completely fantasy, exaggerated features, targeting the younger audience so lighter colors for the most part, and yeah i do agree i need to work on my colors, chances are ill be exchanging them out a lot before i find something i like. But all the buildings will be exaggerated and not follow classic medieval builds just take inspiration.

It looks nice but the colours could use some tweaking in my opinion.

In its design, this build is pretty good for a type of map. The only problem I can see with it is that it feels pretty simple and the whole entire building is all plastic material are you going for a low poly design? Is so your medieval building and the roof doesn’t show the medieval feel you’re going for!

I would recommend adding some more minor details because it looks plain in my opinion. The roof of the house is kinda simply to look like a medieval house Add some shingles to the roof, If you don’t know how to create them, it’s quite easy there’s a few tutorials online it just takes some time and practice. Some pattern tiles, wooden shingles, black shingles, ect. Those are just some ideas you could possibly add to building to have the full details consider placing a chimney somewhere on the roof.

I think you could benefit by giving the impression of a material. You should either do a stone brick around or a wood approach for the walls. Some low-poly builds often feature bright vibrant colors, however this case yours doesn’t show the theme your going for. Medieval themes often feature a darker tone, and that should be added to your piece maybe look at a few reference images to get inspiration from and learn.

Overall, Best of luck on your build! Like I said, its looking pretty good. Just keep experimenting with colors, textures.

Oh i love your ideas! Ive been wondering what i could do to make it look less plain but couldnt come up with anything. I will for sure work on adding what you said, and i am going for a low poly feel so i will work on changing the colors to fit that idea better.
