I need feedback please. Something looks off but I do not know what.
Great aesthetic!
I’m thinking that the “off” feeling is due to how the tables, shelves, and walls are empty. Maybe a few paintings, plates, table cloths, and a little mess every so often may help.
Looks awesome!
Most of my feedback would be similar to @VegetationBush. You could bring in some cooler tones to contrast the warm ones, not sure if that’d fit though. Or, maybe you could add in some foliage, like overgrown leaves coming through a window.
For something specific, maybe a flag of sorts somewhere, maybe on the walls or hanging off a wooden post/beam. It could be a made-up flag or a real one.
As what the previous respond, add some plates, wall decor. and props everyhere, But maybe also add some wear and tear like cracks and cobwebs. The off feeling is that the place feels empty.
i love how everything is using roblox’s textures, love ur creativity crazed!
This looks very good! I like the colors, lighting, and style of this build! Nice job on it!
It reminds me of AOT cadet training, love it!
probably the amount of lights? idk much about building
Lack of busyness, its a tavern, they are busy, messy as heck, always a bustling atmosphere. Constantly something going on. You just need to fill it in. Books, spilled drinks, pig roasting in the fireplace. Arrows and darts, kegs of 18+ drinks, big hatchets slammed into the wood. Broken things from big fights every night. Stains, crooked beams from many years of support, paintings of past owners and adventurers, a hit list for all the wanted thieves and monsters, homage to a king or queen. Animal heads plated up on the wall and trophies everywhere. A tavern often exudes a rustic and traditional charm. Wooden beams, exposed brickwork, and stone accents can create a cozy and historical ambiance, making patrons feel like they’ve stepped back in time. If the tavern aims to host live music events, it should have a designated space with a stage and sound equipment to accommodate local bands or performers.
tldr; too uniform, make messy
Not sure what feeling you’re after.
The beams seem very small for such a large floorspace. I would make them at least twice the size they are now. I think larger beams and woodwork will help shrink the expansive floor space and make the entire place feel more comfortable.
Maybe add more rock around the fireplace and make the rock something other than rectangles. In fact, I would make the fireplace take up and entire wall and really put some work into it.
Speaking of rectangles, the entire place is filled with them. Maybe throw in some smaller round tables.
Maybe put a serving area in the center of the place to help cut down on the number of tables.
Thanks for your feedback.
I do agree with your point here, but I think I’m too far into the build for me to do this unfortunately. I don’t have the patience for it.
what happen to the lighting? and for the bar put some empty wine glasses, also maybe add some cigarettes and maybe some old looking guns idk also ngl i kind of liked the brick as brick not the realistic one but that could be just me
I switched to compatability so I can build without too much lag.
looks great! kinda looks like a fancy resturant now lol did you make the plates and utensils?
I used Blender to make the plate and the utensils are a free model because I’m bad at modeling.
Looks, much less empty! now… how do you drink your mead without mugs :0
You drink it right out of the barrel!
I will add some mugs soon.
