I have so far, Made tree meshes for the forest, a house, and Mountain’s, I would like to add berry bushes and normal bushes, Let me know what else I should add, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for reading.

The trees look slightly off. I suggest having the size of the leaves grow increasingly smaller as it goes up… Otherwise it looks really strange.

Can you give us images? Alot of people don’t have the time to go review from inside games

I’ve replace “Creation” With “Images” and added a couple images of it so far.

It’s good at first glance, but there are a few things I’d like to point out.

The trees

They’re way too uniform, with no variation in foliage thickness or anything. There’s essentially two types, a full grown tree pointing straight up to the sky or a tree stump.
I’d suggest creating multiple tree meshes, with varying heights, colours, inclinations and widths. If need be, use the below image as a reference:

The bricks

This is the opposite to the trees, there shouldn’t be variation in size, but you’ve got some thinner than others judging from the image, which gives the appearance that the house is either made up of different sized bricks or it’s some orange-y rectangles plastered on the walls to make it look like bricks.

The roof

The fact that the roof is just a solid giant brown slab creates a lot of negative space. Looking at it from the images you’ve provided, its at least half of what you see when you look at the house. I’d add some detail like you did with the windows (props for those by the way, the sheen you added looks nice), for example, tiles, shingles, etc.

Misc

  • The logs on the side of the house should probably be justified by like an axe in the tree stump beside them

  • You could add a lot, for example, a well, a gravel path, a lake/river, a campfire, grass, mushrooms, etc to add to the whole cabin in the woods aesthetic. See reference image below.

That’s everything that I could nitpick. Hope this helps!

Where did you get those images? Also very helpful

i’d agree with ripper, give the trees a bit more variation/contrast in the shapes of their 3 leaves! having a straight 1:1:1 ratio for each tree’s leaves might b realistic if they’re all pine trees, but it just looks dull & monotonous ingame.
