It looks decent; the lighting compliments the build very well.
I know you didn’t make the trees but they fit quite nicely with the barn, and you’ve clearly positioned them well.
The silos could benefit from a little more detail, but other than that I see no further room for improvement.

For the cartoony style you’re going for, I would recommend using just smooth plastic. I am of the opinion that it makes things meant to be low-poly look better.
Otherwise it looks quite nice.

Looks pretty nice!! But the windows with the one light on and one light off seems kind of strange, and aslo if your going for a cartoony stye, you should use a plasticky, low poly material. It also kind of reminds me on the barn from “Emergency Responce: Liberty County” Did you get the idea from there?

Cartoony always doesn’t mean using smooth plastic. I always like to use the other Roblox textures. 
I never played that game before, so I wouldn’t know what that barn looks like.

Looks perfect overall, reduce the grey parts on those tall white tanks, it doesnt fit at all, it looks more like a prison cage to me

Is there an interior? Also I think some nice terrain would look good and also the rocks and trees look out of place

This is really nice, the lighting makes it look amazing too. I also feel it’s kind of weird that some windows are lit up and others are not (could just be my OCD). Other than looks great!
