You could try to add some tolls like a pickaxe or a wheel from a mine cart try take search on google what would be in a mineshaft anything to represent a mineshaft and maybe add color to it
but what you got now looks cool keep up the good work.
Make it so that the planks above don’t show the sky. Overall its a nice concept.

I don’t think that is the sky, that was just the outline of what my mouse was selected.
