Hi, I am Zack, and I am a builder specializing in architecture.
Today, I created an aesthetic, yet modern, homestore that I am planning to sell in the future. This build took me about an hour and a half, so I did not complete any terrain or furniture yet.
Please provide any kinds of feedback or suggestions to the structure itself, as I will find them all very helpful.

Wow! It looks great. Details like the lights are also amazing. I also like that you used a lot of windows which makes it seem spacious and modern. As Pocket_Goddess said, the wood floors look good too… It’s nice that you use different materials to make it more unique and more interesting to look at. Well done!

Nice build. Personally, the top floor appears quite small and this build is wayy too open even if it’s what you’re going for.
I think that it’s built the way it is because that’s just apart of the style. Also, variation is nice sometimes. (Edit): This build is wonderful, and pleasing to look at! Keep up the great work!
Looks amazing! You nailed the modern part! 
The building objects and structure look good of the building itself really captures that modern feel. I just feel like you shouldn’t include a bunch of windows, however try making the window grid have more width so it could look more noticeable the grid looks quite thin looking unappealing you’ll see home stores feature a more square grid keeping the windows close together meaning spacing them out a bit.
In images most architecture builds feature mostly nothing on top of the roof since it’s not something that modern features, but it would be something you could use by placing vents or pipes something that isn’t too noticeable. While moving aside the structure of this build is good, especially since this is still incomplete.
It’ll look more improved with the clothes and additional items in the interior. This should become more interesting once it’s completed. Otherwise not much suggestions to say at the moment perhaps include a update of the final product?
As jordon said there is excessive amount of windows in the homestore. A good idea is to add the upper floor decoration like wide lines that match the style of the homestore… Add stand where there would be one or two manequinnes. Add benches or chairs. Overall, this is an amazing homestore and I would like to see improvements in the future.

This looks good! the one thing I would change about this build is the stairs. Try to put more detail into the stairs.
