Heya, so I’m working on a modern homestore, never made one before this so I’d appreciate any feedback/critique. Also what do you think is a fair price to sell it as? I’m thinking 15k or around that is good. Also the trees were made by me, funny enough it takes me longer to make stylized low poly trees than semi-realistic textured ones.
I think that this was created excellently and is honestly really great. The only way I can see to improve is to create more seating on the interior, as it looks a bit empty. I would also try and create the surrounding area for this map.
I would price this anywhere from 15k - 50k Robux, anywhere in that range seems reasonable. You should never underpriced your builds, especially at your skill level!
It looks great, so keep up the good work and good luck!
The building itself looks as it should with the modern theme the glass walls give it an open feel and the structure doesn’t look too flamboyant and fells quite mood setting with the lighting, sort of in the twilight zone. Your trees are very realistic though I could say trying to make the trees look more varied maybe adding one more type of tree instead of them being just rotated.
Although if this was in the night it could be good to add spot like lights into the ground to illuminate the building from below as those can be seen in many modern buildings.
I think you’re price is reasonable and should reach higher than that I would say around 45k/50k is in the upper range. 20-25k is in the lower range.
I would just like to say you should keep up the good work and hopefully you can get this sold.
Au Revoir!
The only real gripe I have is that the roof doesn’t have too much detail. Maybe some A/C units or a skylight would look good. The rest of the build is great, but I would add some outside seating, trashcans, etc.
Although in reference to most modern architecture have flat roofs with newer builds almost having nothing on top. While moving aside the highlight of this build is the chosen lightning and is something I believe anyone will be dying to have in there homestore especially since the clothes that will be in display for me - they should become more appealing once this is completed. While of course will get a slight hint in the second image provided to just how crazy the lightning and light decisions were effectively made in your favour. In regards to suggestion(s) I don’t believe theirs much that requires change if not that than nothing essentially. Until I can come up with a suggestion. Keep us updated.
Although I’m not a fan of the Homestore scene you have done a stupendous job. It’s got a certain aesthetic that is quite pleasing to my eyes regardless of it’s simplicity. For such a well structured build I’d say 15k would be around a reasonable price. I’m not sure much else should be added, sometimes builds peak without more detail.
It looks amazing but I think trees could look better.
Good luck on your future projects.
It looks incredible, and very realistic, especially for ROBLOX. I think you are undervaluing your work at 15k however, as that is only $52.50. Personally I think you could sell this build for well over 30k.
The updated landscape looks awesome and the level of detail on the actual building is incredible. The spiral staircase is a feat of your creativity and the integration of the logo into the windows is a nice touch.
Please make sure to price your work based off of the amount of hours you spent on it. So if I spent around 10 hours writing code, I would price it at around $100 or ~30k.
Of course, also keep in mind the quality of your work. 10 hours of mediocre building is not worth 10 hours of beautiful building and modelling.
Hello fellow Developer, itZAKU
Here is some information I can give you:
- First thing’s first, 15k is way to low for a build of that sort, yes the build is nice, but I don’t really feel it’s that modern take an example from this Nike Store.
- Second, the build is honestly great, but as I said above, it lacks that modern style but overall, everything looks amazing.
Thanks for reading,

can you maybe but the build in a place so we can walk around and see it more clearly?
Heres the place link: Homestore [unfin] - Roblox
The border landscape is quite sloppy so I’ll need to go back and adjust it, I thought having it spaced out for walkways would be a good idea but that wasn’t the case.
I don’t really do modern since there’s not much to it, but I still believe this build fits in the category of modern. The picture you sent above is modern but also industrial due to the open vents, pipes, and etc. It’s something I plan on doing for the interior, but since the height of the structure is quite low i’ll need to edit the build in order to do so.
Your “Modern Homestore” is very amazing i, like how you added the landscape to the place to look more better, as well the details. That’s implemented to your homestore is decent i believe you’ve made a great piece here! However i know it’s still in progress still but based, on exploring around the place i don’t think there is a. Really nothing that needs changing are added! Since it’s still being worked on but what, i can say is you have done a impressive, job on your (Homestore) and it really fits in the. Modern style you are going for since it’s still, being worked on and i know you are going to add the final. Details that’s in most reference modern architecture, they mostly have! Shelves, Clothes, Racks, Modern Cabinets, Tables, Checkout Counter, ect. Overall i think you have a decent! Job on your “Modern Homestore” can’t wait to see the interior details.
Anyways, you have done a amazing job, on your “Modern Homestore” it looks really good it just needs the interior details to the place, so it could look more improved! However i know it’s still in progress and it’s being worked on! Overall the details that’s implemented to your build, so far is decent! I would try adding some potted plants next to the doors. Just to give it some decorations to it however it seems you, added enough landscape to your store, most modern stores don’t have that much details to the entrance! Area they mostly have parking lots and potted plants, aside all of that you have a. Impressive job nicely done! For the price for these kind. Of builds i would mostly go for 50k/40k depending on how much, time you spent on this overall, it looks realistic can’t wait to see the updated! Version of the finished homestore very soon!!
Awesome work, 15k price is way too low tho!
How did you do the wodden bit?
