Looks amazing, I personally like the top GFX better as I feel the colours match too much on the second.
But still they both look great, good work

I do not really like the watermark being all over the screen but it will be better if it was only on the side. 
Overall, the GFX looks amazing and I will be so excited to see what you can do in the further future.

It looks great! But I think that you should pick a different background or make it a bit calmer as it takes away attention from the actual GFX. Maybe make the character a bit brighter so that it’s easier to see what’s going on.
Not a bad GFX but with a little improvement, it can be truly amazing!
