I have been developing for the last 3 hours an Asian–Japanese restaurant for an airport group where I have been hired recently.
I really don’t like it, and I really need feedback on how to improve it.

yes. I like the outside of it and the materials. Ill give more feedback when its interior is fully done

It looks very incomplete, the doors are blown way out of proportion and aren’t that well made.
The top part of the building is floating for some reason?
No glass? You have sun rays but there is no glass to go with them, pretty weird. And the sunrays, I am not sure but I don’t think they should be white. More like a dull yellow.
The concrete overhang should wrap around the entire building, or it starts looking strange.
With proof checking, this could be good.

Amazing build
– I understand that you said that the build is Asian, but with the characteristics, I believe that it is a Japanese restaurant. As you will notice, I will say Japanese quite frequently, my apologies if my assumption was wrong.
I understand that you do not like the build, but personally, I think it is amazing.
I would recommend getting rid of the “sunrays” and making this your door. Usually airport restaurants (assuming this is inside the main building) are open and allow multiple customers to enter at once.
Roblox has their own sunrays – I would use those instead of making your own or having the transparency on them higher.
Since this of course is a Japanese restaurant, I would like to see more use of Japanese elements. These types of restaurants tend to be more modern or cultural.
This might be a good idea to incorporate the red fence (my apologies, I cannot remember the name of it) somewhere in the build & bonsai trees are a must have whenever I do something relating to the Japanese style.
If you google modern Japanese restaurants, they incorporate a lot of woods and stones. Try adding some more texturing to the bricks and marble that you already use.
If you are going to have more restaurants & shops close together, there is no need for side doors.
Add the paper lanterns sometimes found outside of buildings.
Definitely put this outside or make it larger and put it inside.
