Recently, I have made a Fort that is on a small map, but it is a large fort. It has many rooms separate and under decks, and has space for artillery. It is semi-scripted with an intro, and working jail cells that can be opened and closed.
I’m also wanting to sell it and I would like to know how much I could get for it.
I mean… the fort itself looks pretty neat. Though the inside could use a little bit more detail as it looks a bit too plain for my taste. The grass could be improved, it looks inaccurate as if multiple grass layers was just placed over each other on the edges. I recommend using water from the terrain option rather than a major block with transparency.
Looks good to me. I like the layout of the fort, but it looks a little too blocky. It could definitely use more detail, and maybe make use of materials.
As always, please do not be discouraged by my opinion.
So the exterior of the fort looks pretty good, but it is definitely a bit too blocky, it could use a bit of detail to help the value rise.
I would say that the interior needs a bit of work since it is just plain and empty pretty much.
Maybe you could also try adding some realistic grass that is in some games on ROBLOX.
Also the grass hill on the entrance, you can see that it was overlapped because it left some marks, maybe you could try to get rid of them.
Other than that, the fort looks pretty nice and the jail cell doors and pretty cool.
Best of luck on future development.
EDIT: Why are the trees on the outside transparent, is that supposed to be with the build or did you do that just for the sake of it?
It has a good form but again as others said really lacks the definition. It’s a good start but I would go back on this and try to add as much detail as possible, like adding actual jail doors over wooden bricks and also fixing some imperfections. Also try modelling your own trees, free modelled trees are a bit of my pet peeve, just looking at some people use them without blending them into the place really just sets me off.
I’m personally not a fan of triangle terrain anymore, so personally I would like to encourage you to use roblox terrain tools to create a much more natural shapes. Also just like with any build, a good play with lighting effects could make your build look 100x more better.
As I said this is an old build when I only had a few months experience, due to the fact that I have other build right now, I’m just looking for a cheap, quick sell.
