First, try adding something to the roof instead of it just ending there
Second, try different shading for the windows and see what looks better when its just gray like that it looks extremely dull.
Third, On the first building change the bottom parts color
Fourth, Try adding random parts around that look like bricks to give it more taste
Five, lastly try adding windows all way around unless you plan on people not seeing the sides and behind it.
P.S Try adding different shapes for each building so they are unique and not repeating.

Buildings looks really nice, though a roof would be nice. Just a thought, maybe a garden on the one of buildings roofs would be cool.
