Looks amazing! If you don’t plan on using this in any future games, I would recommend selling it as it would probably go for a very high price. Keep up the good work!

Hai ya👋 @Cyrphex! The architecture of the café looks great so far!
A few things I noticed and some suggestions…
1.) Architecture🧱

The café has a nice clean/modern design to it, much resembles modern day cafe’s. So hats off to you for the realism!

It has a rectangle feel to it, maybe create a slight curve for the wall in the unfinished empty space on the left side of the build.
2.) Textures🎨

The textures are well utilized in the build, every texture has a suitable place where it doesn’t stand out too much but creates that realistic feel.

On the brick texture though, I recommend reducing the transparency on that texture and making the material “Concrete”… If that is already done, then its just the view of where the image was taken in distance.
The Windows🔲:
- You’ve balanced the windows proportions out very well! Though some modern curtains would be nice on a few of the windows… Maybe retractable curtains if your build becomes a game?
