It JUST LOOKS SO DAMN GOOD! 
To me, I like how the colors actually match, not lots of games or showcase have that, or what I have seen. I don’t think nothing should be changed, its really good how it is!

It is amazing but I would remove the red things that are dangling because there is too much to look at.

Looks good, but realistically it’s a bit too much. No real cafe would have that many lights. However it looks really good so I’d say keep it like this unless you are trying to make it realistic.

You have very high quality ceiling light, I’ll give you that. What is the building do you mind expanding more on that? At the start I like it, have you consider adding another light on the left side, I feel like the ceiling has a bit too much lighting on the ceiling, however it depends on what the building is normally a few builds have these types of lighting layout however I like the realistic approach your going for and the style that you are comfortable with.
Only critiques I could possibly think of is: Consider throwing another part on the left side. The first picture shows there is only three if I’m not mistaken, maybe another circular light in the middle of the wood piece.
Other than that, you are pretty good at interior designing.

I don’t I know what 3 things do you exactly mean, but If you’re talking about those signs, then yeah, they’re signs and not a part of the ceiling light. Then behind this, there is a lower placed hallway ceiling. It’s much longer, but it didn’t fit on the picture, heh.
This gets the ROOF Approve A.K.A, it’s AMAZING! Nice work dude! Although, it’s a bit too hetic. I would recommend removing some of the lights

Thanks! Yeah, I know It’s a bit too hetic, but that’s probably of the bad position of the photo, If you could play this game, it looks much better, but yeah I could try to do something with that.

Sorry if I didn’t make it clear in my response no, I’m talking about the 3 ceiling lights is there going to me another one in the (left corner) I normally see 4 to 3 implemented or 3 circle lightings connected on the wood piece that the lights are hanging from. Here is an image below to get a better idea on what I’m talking about if you still don’t understand my response.
I just noticed there’s a ceiling light in the left corner you should try making the building have a. Different material color so the objects won’t blend in.
