In my opinion, I think the banner looks pretty nice and original. The background has a nice blurry fade that goes along with the text in the middle and your avatar on the left. I do suggest removing the text “Stefan Blox” from your icon because YouTube does crop it out into a circle and you wouldn’t want to see cut text
However this isn’t really the place you should be looking for feedback for YouTube things.

I agree with @voozy_v that this isn’t the place to look for Youtube feedback, however the banner is really good. In my opinion, I don’t like the blur on the render, otherwise it looks great in my opinion, keep it up!

the arms aren’t well posed tho, they should not clip in the face or stand for the torso.
and the hat doesn’t seem well textured.Improve it
It looks pretty generic to me. I’d find a way to make it stand out more, and I’d also make the logo bigger on the top, or find a better placement for it altogether.
