I am currently working on a Cinema Complex which will have an interior fitted with restaurants and movie theatres. It is still heavily in development but I am looking for what you guys think about it. Please use the format below. I am aware it’s not much to work on so far and I will keep you updated throughout. It will be used for a town myself and my other developers will be working on.

Also, for those wondering why it’s floating if you look closely there is a slope which is made out to be a path that goes around the building. There will also be roads made as well as the terrain it will be sitting on.

I can’t really give any cons about something that’s barely finished, however what I will say is:
The pillar should have more shape to it as it just looks very bland at the moment, usually the end of a pillar stretches out towards the end.
So far that’s the only con I have about it, I will be able to give more feedback once more progress has been made on it.

It looks pretty good, I can’t really critique something that isn’t close or has undergone most of it’s development. Since you’ll be changing a lot of things.
I can maybe suggest you to add some exquisite lighting/effects;
Where is the entrance to the cinema btw?

Thank you very much. It is based on a Cinema Complex in Bournemouth called Odeon BH2 Complex.
It’s a fairly new building so I believe it would be nice to replicate. I will also add some lighting effects as you have suggested. Thank you for taking your time to post.

Ayyyy basildon cinama a bit off topic but has given me an idea as you could also add restaurants outside or even a store which a group could use themselves which may also help generate profit through sales in-game purchases.
