Really nice work! Only things I can point out is that the top and bumper of the car look flat, in comparison to actual beetle models having more of a curved top with distinct lines as to where the hood pops out at, and that the surface appearance / reflection of the car looks rather odd and distorted.
Despite those things, you’ve done really well!
