Hey all! I’ve just finished up making a cosmetic shop and I’m wondering if some of you could provide feedback towards it. I personally feel like something is missing on the inside but I’d love to see what you think.

Is this based on the stardew valley hat mouse shop? the exterior really reminds me of it.
edit: ehhh, never mind. the stardew valley one looks a good bit different. similar vibe tho.

I like it, simple colors that don’t distract the player. great job!
The display of the character’s text name is pretty distracting from looking at this kind of angle.
the “S” symbol isn’t really good since the symbol wouldn’t fit in the sign either way.
The design is pretty good and everything, but you should size down the window. The window seems to be around the same size as the door.
as for the indoor environment,
It lacks decoration and feels pretty flat.
The cup should have a handle and perhaps you could add an NPC to talk to about the badges.

Yeah, I plan for an NPC to be by the counter but I never got around to it. Thank you for the feedback though, this really helps!
