I can’t view the video (thanks firefox), but looking at the images:

Make the stairs more stair-y and less unusable wheelchair ramp.

Make the “railing” on the side of the “stairs” consistent.
and add actual railing like there is higher up.
As for what to decorate it with, I’m not much of a builder so I wouldn’t know. Just try throwing stuff around till you find something that works.
The ramps are temporary and the rails will be changed.
