Feedback, on my first attempt at a realistic build

Hello! I would like some feedback on my first attempt at a realistic build on roblox.

The theme for this realistic build was a urban type area, with the blue side and the red side. If you have any tips or ideas, feel free to reply. Criticism is appreciated. (It is meant to be a showcase so don’t mind the weird tunnels on the ends.)

First of all it looks amazing. But I think some of the things can be improved.

These stop signs look kinda odd

Letting the player move to the other side of the showcase would give a better feeling and you could fill the back of the street with some buildings to make it look better.
