The top looks very bulky and rectangular, adding something there would make this a lot more pleasing. However, great job for your first time!

For example would an eyesight make it look better?
It’s a pistol (whoops, glock), so I wouldn’t suggest it. I’d recommend looking at actual/very realistic models of a pistol. They have weird bumps and shapes on top.

That is easily a glock. The top is very rectangular, so I would smoothen out the edges a bit.
Take a look at this video by Falco Blockland. The glock shown has very smooth edges and looks pleasant. The video might help with your improvement. But otherwise, nice job
I just want you to look at the glock model, not everything else that is happening. (This is probably the best video I could find)
