I like it a lot, I would personally center the rescue floaty and make it larger and centered (in the background) as this is the “rescue” part of rescue… and it will make it more layered… but this is preference.

Wouldn’t it be be great if the whole logo was floating on water? Maybe turn the top of the letters mossy islands and also remember to make the boat more harmonious with the whole logo.

I love the gradient and pattern overlay on the text, you hit the spot! To me, the boar looks a little bit higher in proportion to the rest of the logo, and the buoy looks like it’s interfering with the outline on the “M”.
Other than that, it’s spotless! I love your use of the Luckiest Guy font, another font I would recommend is "DK Sticky Toffee"
