Ok so i got two things that might help
1- you see how there is a blocky texture to the skirt it can be removed by using sculpting tools more specifically smooth tool also adding in to it looks really fake try subdividing it and then using the cloth tool under sculpting to add that real cloth like groves to the skirt for more irl try searching the key words on YouTube, they will teach yo how to use them.

2- try adding textures to the material, textures are surface information (like you know what I mean by textures right) that helps with giving it a more realistic feel including helping it with the material feel like try searching how to make and export textures in blender.
Also try playing a lil with the materials tab like as this is a cloth a lil bit of metallic and and a lil increase in roughness will give it more cloth like feel rather than plastic looking.
I hope you understand that I didn’t spent typing thins just to criticize rather help you with the concept cause I have some experience with 3D modelling.

Thank you! I am going to start watching more videos about 3d modelling and I will start making it look more realistic and add details!

I would personally recommend using smooth shading In order to make it seem less low poly.

I think the skirt is pretty nice! Although it does look a little low poly. As @SpyMazeInc stated, you should use smooth shading. But overall, this is good!
