Hi, I recently started making games on Roblox and this is the first obby I made for someone! Could I get feedback on how it looks and what I should get better at!

I don’t want to come off as the mean judgy type but this looks like those “Money grab” free modeled obbies that are spammed all over ROBLOX’s up and coming section, the building is poorly done, nothing really pops out as original and it’s just overall bad.

To me from where im lookin it seems to be extremely easy… alot of the jumps are like 2 studs apart? add some difficulty to it and see how that goes! Other than that theres alot of color to your obby

Pretty good for your first game! Think of ways to improve it though! Add a nice looking skybox (which is the sky if you are not familiar with this term).
If you have used free models anywhere, try and avoid using them in the future! Making your own stuff will make you feel prouder of your work!

Ok, Thanks for the advice! I am currently working on a tower of h*** type of game for me to play with my friends and Im going to try and make it have really complex images!

This obby looks really fun to me! I love the different colorings, with lots of obstacles courses. Would love to play this game, keep it up!

Do not make a tower of hell game, don’t. They are slowly losing popularity and honestly is a bad recipe for obby creation. Make an obby unique add special game mechanics like running (shouldnt) be hard to implement. Make the game challenging and not another unoriginal weird obby game.

Probably has some of the best mechanics I have seen for an obby game, if you are gong for the long run then this is a good place to take inspiration and notes from.

Okay! I am thinking of making a puzzle obby where you solve puzzles to get past the stage. It would probrably be similiar to the shrines in the game Breath Of The Wild (these shrines almost always have amazing puzzles and multiple ways of solving them!)

Great! Always make sure to add something unique to your game that distinquishes it from any other game, I love that idea and you should definitely start brainstorming more ideas that you can add to your game.

I feel maybe a walking animation. That would be cool. Like in GTA you walk a certain way. Also, a sprint would be good.
When I said fix the thumbnail, there is a white line on top and on the bottom. But the GFX itself is spectacular! Love it a lot!
Thats not the thumbnail just a picture of the game. Also its not a GFX. Im very confused about what you are saying. Also the white line is Roblox studio because like I said this is just a screenshot.
Oh sorry, that was meant for someone else lol. But look at other obby games. They got something about them. Tower of hell is auto-generated obbies. And JTOH has his fans to add obbies and stages. This is like all those “escape _____ obby” you should maybe make something unique about yours. I don’t have anything on top of my head. But I know you can make this unique.
