So i started to design clothes and this is the first thing i came up with!

This is a great first try! (Mine was disastrous…)
You might want to consider adding neck holes and cutting off the bottom of the sleeves, as that is where the hands will be. Since this is a shirt, I would suggest using the blur tools that you’ve already applied a bit to create the creases that you sometimes observe in fabric.
Great job so far, though, keep it up! You’ll be terrific in no time
