I know it’s not the best or even that good to be honest but I’d appreciate some feedback & advice on how to improve and make my future UIs even better

It’s really good! I like the font. My only criticism is that you could make the drop shadow on the “Enter Code” button a little lighter grey, and the stripes across the whole panel could use some transparency. And the Exit button needs to be more cartoony, like the others, and it could be slightly protruded out from the main panel so it hangs over the edge of it.
