I feel that too many things are happening at one time and I don’t get the idea of the game. Maybe it will be good to explain more about the concept because the icon represents it. For what I see now maybe to add shadows and make the biker bigger will make the icon better but I can’t tell for sure without knowing the game idea.
Its about delivering food while dodging random hazards like meteors, tornadoes, and dragons. Keeping the food at 100% condition to earn more money for bike and backpack upgrades.
Ok so in that case you need to focus more on the biker - make it bigger. Second he is scared but there is no need because every enemy is just chilling and not attacking him. I will recommend to left only one or two enemies that are attacking him or something and the rest if the icon to be more clear (add clouds in the sky and other details if needed). Like I said add more light and shadows to bring more life and if you want you could add a stroke to the player. If you want to keep the same base maybe you can add the delivery at the door or something. You are close to the solution but little changes like these are really important especially when players look at the icon for less then a second most of the times. Hope I helped and good luck!

It looks nice but I think you need a easy and simple game icon that when you look at it you already kind of know what type of game it is
This game icon looks interesting and weird, but it’s still decent! There’s a lot going on, and a lot of colors, it will be barely visible of what is happening in it when it’s smaller. Make the background stuff darker and the person in front brighter so people focus on him. How long did it take to make this icon? What game will you use it for?
Thanks for your feedback! It took me about 1-2 Hours since i had a lot of stuff to figure out in Blender.
I’ve remade it using @agentphilip07’s and @DinoKris30’s feedback, and I think it’s now much better than before.

it looks better but the thing I noticed is the stroke. What is that? Where did you make the stroke - if it’s on studio use highlight instead, if it’s on blender render it separate so you can add the stroke from photoshop (or photopea - that’s the free version: https://www.photopea.com)
This looks alright, but there is WAY too kuch going on.
I say make the player much bigger, and make everything else in the distance
Do you have the character and bike as a different image? If yes you could make it stand out by switching the focus more on them and putting their brightness higher, or have a stroke that goes a bit out. Please get rid of that green stroke.
Yeah i have them as a Diffrent image, what color you think i should do the stroke?
Make it black or white (try them both and decide). Also why don’t you make normal stroke like this?
I’ll try that, i used the Stroke which i used since i have no idea how to use such a stoke in Blender.

Then render only the background. After you have to images combine then again in photopea and give the biker a stroke.
hm i feel the lighting is a bit off
too many things are too low poly and i cant tell whats going on. it needs shadows, better lighting, and some outlines.
