Use the roblox lighting and add lamp posts that make everything colourful. Maybe possibly make the buildings light up at night. You should also think of space. Like how tall buildings are supposed to be, how wide roads need to be etc.
Using lighting is another way to make more people play because if you don’t think you are good (you are a very good builder in this case), lighting makes the map feel more professional and real.
You should also change the skyboxes and use the roblox atmosphere to your advantage.

I feel like your game lacks a lot of lighting, consider placing around with the lighting tab to achieve a nice effect. I would try filling in the corner with concrete something to get the grass and terrain from showing up next to the building and the entire design of your city is quite nice.
I feel like the area where the part where the city is in the middle lacks a few details, however I feel like you could add to the ground area instead of trees, duplicated around the map try placing bits of details on the map add some variety of trees, bicycle racks, flowers/plants Oct. Or possibly other vegetation. In the following picture some of the areas seem to be plain and dull, consider making different objects in the city and possibly add some flower and grass or tallest buildings.
Maybe objects on the sidewalk like what you normally at city areas. Please do add variety into the trees so it doesn’t look repetitive.

Can you be more specific it seems like u just judging but can u tell me what makes it so bland
Judging is what feedback consists of. Your city lacks color, life and the buildings themselves just look bland. There is not a lot of vegetation, the light color patches look pretty bad, none of the buildings have doors that I can see and are mostly copy pasted easily made buildings & there are yellow copy pasted trees that don’t blend with the envirornment at all.

I made each building by myself and I didn’t copy and paste anything.But other than that I can see what u are talking about
Adding to what @Luxorz said, not only do the yellow trees feel a bit off, to me, almost all trees feel like they shouldn’t belong there. In order to have vegetation seem like it belongs somewhere, the leaves should almost always be the same colour as the grass.
I don’t mean copy pasting the buildings but, if you look at the last picture all the buildings floors look practically identical and looks like you just copy pasted it and toppled it upon eachother. I hope this helped.

I can’t join you in studio as I’m a little busy, so I’ll take a pic and explain.
Here is what I mean. The building in the middle for example, the floors are ALL the same. The windows are very short and have no design to it. You could add more to it because it looks basic and copy pasted.
I just looked at your portfolio and I like your builds and maybe you can help me redo some stuff are you a free builder because I’m low on robux
