Feedback on my game

Alright, I may sound rude saying this, but you asked for feedback.

First, the objective of the game is really unclear.
Without any UI telling the player what to do, players will probably just leave because they have no idea what to do. I had no idea what to do.

Second, the enemies.
They are terrible. They shoot way too fast, their bullets are literally just 1 by 1 by 1 squares, and 99% of the time the bullets don’t even go anywhere because they collide with the enemies gun.

Third, the gun gameplay.
Its terrible. Don’t know what you expected. The gun UI is unclear on how much reserve ammo you have, the guns themselves look terrible and the guns are poorly scripted.
Also, once you run out of ammo on your gun do you just have to die?

Fourth, building.
It all sucks. Very unappealing. Everything looks like something I would see in a 2014 roblox game.

Fifth, the UI.
Oh my god you don’t know how to stick to a single style, don’t you?
The map vote UI is atrociously bad, again, the gun UI is bad and then there’s just a general lack of UI that is needed.
If you look at good UI design, the background usually is the same color all around, with the border lines or text being the only thing that change color, and then all fonts are the same.

And finally, the music.
I didn’t play the game for long, the the music was loud and annoying.
I’m the kind of person to play a game and put my own music on, but also have game audio on, and because I couldn’t find a toggle for the music in your game, my only solution was to turn off roblox audio.

Adding on, the game isn’t entertaining. Its just too unclear on what to do, the game looks bad, and the enemies just aren’t fair at all.

Adding on again, the FPS counter isn’t even accurate, it doesn’t change when I set my fps limit to 30, and it always displays 60.

So, what would I do to this game?

Well, first I would rewrite the gun system ENTIRELY.
I first of all wouldn’t use tools for the guns, and instead create my own inventory system where the player is forced to have a gun equipped, like in PF or Arsenal.
Second, I would add bullet spread. As for how you can do this, I have a post here that contains bullet spread code. I would also apply the bullet spread to the enemies too.
Third, I would make the UI more clear. As for how, idk.

Second, I would rewrite the enemies, but primarily how their guns work.
The firerate on the enemies guns at the moment is too high, and the raycasting is bad as well.
I would also make them stay a certain distance away from the player instead of walking right up to the player, remember, they’re using guns, not knives.

Third, I would remake all the UI to be consistent with eachother, and look modern instead of something out of 2014.

Fourth, I would remake all the maps and not spam free models all over them, instead using all original models.

Fifth, blender for the gun models. Trust me, you’ll get more detail and making low-poly stuff on blender isn’t too hard. I learned how to make low-poly stuff in 2 days.
If you want good tutorials, Default Cube is a pretty good blender channel, but he doesn’t do low-poly. However, I did learn the basic tools I use for low-poly modelling from watching him, so yeah.

Sixth, again with more UI stuff, I would add a custom leaderboard and remove the roblox default one, have a UI displaying the objective and progression or time limit of the round, and finally, add an easily accessible settings and shop. I would prefer just click a button on the screen than walk to a place to open a shop.

Seventh, for the settings, I would have a music slider, gun sound slider, and maybe some stats about the player. And maybe, if you remake the models, I would also have a “fast mode” that just heavily decreases the detail of the models by replacing them with voxel models, and replaces all materials with smooth plastic.

So yeah, that’s my feedback concluded.
Very harsh, I know, but you’re the one who wanted feedback, and I don’t hold back when giving feedback.

Well, thanks man for the feedback, im adding those things (Except for the maps and some UIs)

This is how you get them abilities. From what I saw, you’re doing fine.

Thanks, the maps and UIs i’m not going to remake them for now, I don’t have good skills to make good buildings and UIs, the scripts, I thought they were well done and only the animation and sound were bad, the enemies, it took me a long time to make them, if i add raycast to the enemies i don’t know if it will improve them or if i need to rewrite the code of the enemies.
