The game is unique, but you need to make it more fun. Sitting in one place holding down W is not very interresting. Besides, the leaderboards are very glitchy.
Powerups, some platforms, checkpoints, stuff to troll people with (maybe?) would be great additions. As it stands, there’s simply nothing to do.
Also - make the baseplate more interesting too!
I see, you have 0 max height. I will fix this bug and add more interesting things
How leaderboard is glitchy?
I got up to 1337 and the stats on the screen down at the baseplate didn’t register that at all.
It 60-second autosaving, you need to wait 60-90 seconds to be in leaderboard
I totally agree with @Spacerator about this being an unique game. You might want to add some more eye-catching elements like emojis or gradients to attract Players, but make sure not to overuse them.
Leaderboards seems to be fixed. Maybe you could add some badges into the game? They would certainly encourage the Player to engage in your game, and you get free advertising through a user’s profile.
Overall. this is something that has a potential to gain traction! Just keep adding improvements to it!

Good game it’s just missing Snake Eater playing when you actually climb
I think this game would be amazing if they made it so that the ladder spawns random stuff and entities too. So you have to survive instead of just climbing. So afk would be impossible. Kind of like plates of fate but you climb a ladder and the top person worldwide gets on the leaderboard.
My idea:
Random moment of climbing player see button and plr need to click it to continue or be died. Button will spawn in random position on screen
