Please play my game and give me feedback on it!
Roblox Rush (Beta) - Roblox
This game is a speed run game inspired by Speed run 4.
And it is early in developement
You forgot to provide a link to the game.
You should tell us what the game is about(in the description and with the link).
Here’s what’s it about:
This game, Roblox Rush is a game heavily inspired by Speed Run 4. It is a W.I.P. It’s gameplay is basically like Speed Run 4, if you haven’t played it yet, it’s a running game across obstacles to get to the next levels, and you can also speedrun the game.
The game is good, and its very well made. I can help you make some stuff if you wish.
For my opinion you should put images of part of your game along with what the game is about and greetings
I have suggestions: Turn the speed a little higher, and put the gamepasses into a shop GUI, and maybe add Shift Lock for Mobile, which is optional.
Otherwise, the game is great! I can see what you were heading for.
It would be good for a speed run game if the speed was adjusted.
Keep it up, mate!
Sorry for the rapid edit.
Thanks! But not right now sorry.
Ok thanks! I’ll look into that!
The initial concept of the game is great. however, I feel it’s lacking some detail throughout the stages. More stages need to be added as It had taken me less than 2 minutes to complete it.
My main suggestions would be working on the detail aspect and adding more stages.
Best Regards.
Yep. Completely agree. I am in the process of making more stages.
I feel like putting making the title, in full caps and with 3 !, it makes it not look good. Everything else is good tho.
Ok. Thanks for your feedback! I will go and fix that!
This game is OK, but there are improvements that you can do to this game in order to make it better.
First look:
First of all, the game icon isn’t really eye-catching. I recommend replacing the screenshot with a GFX, it could still be the same position/action of the player in the icon! The black text isn’t really eye-appealing either, perhaps change the colour of the text to a brighter colour.
The description is alright, as it states the updates and etc. But, you should briefly add a sentence or two explaining about how you play the game, as of right now, it doesn’t explain the game.
Gameplay:
I really don’t recommend that you allow gears into your game, as it allows players to have an unfair advantage over other players, if they have gears like the gravity coil. Some players could also glitch through the stages as well.
Some of the levels feel quite basic and generic, due to lack of detail in the levels. However, I like the slopes you have in the levels, instead of all being just squares. In the 1st level, it reminds me of like a lawn, perhaps you could add grass and trees as obstacles to add more detail?
The player speed also feels quite slow, you should add more speed to the player to give the player a challenge. Right now, the levels feel easy which is alright for the first few levels, but it should get more challenging later on.
The last level (Stage4) is probably the easiest out of all of the them, it should be quite hard considering it is the last level of the game (of course there will be more stages in the future.)
The ending is quite boring, as it is just a video with seats. Perhaps you could add a spectating system when you are done, or some fun tools to play around with. The room is very basic, because it is just a cube.
Also, the seats are rotating the wrong way, as seen here:
Your game also feels too similar to speed run 4, perhaps add a twist on the game to make it unique. Maybe have parts that get unanchored once you touch them? (locally of course, not server-sided).
Overall, these improvements that people have suggested will benefit the game greatly.
I’m not sure how honest we can be on this platform anymore, but I felt the game was quite terrible and not really original. It felt like any other generic obstacle.
While you said it’s in early development, so a small amount of stages is pretty expected the few stages that existed looked quite bad and it just felt kind of uncomfortable.
Though I do like that I actually had to actually jump between the bricks and couldn’t just walk over, there’s not much praise I can give this game. It kind of reminded me of 2012, not sure if that’s the style you’re going for, I’m assuming it’s not.
I recommend you look at some building guides and get more comfortable with building, overall this is not a game I’d play again but I’ll be happy to check on the progress to give further criticism for the future.
Thanks! That was really helpful and I will try to work on everything that you stated here!
