This is my fifth GFX I have done for a hotel but I do not know if I like it. If you have time please can you tell me if you like them or not and if you have any ideas I can add.

Yes, I fully agree that the lighting is quite bad. 
I am getting a new render engine soon for C4D called OctaneRender! 
I like them a lot but I wish you could’ve made more poses instead of just making the characters stand. Either way, I like them!

but you can still use it in blender because you can look into lighting there and can find other forms to use in it by just using the youtube search. Here are some I made

That’s so cool bro! It’s really smooth and it gives a positive vibe, you should expect lots of people PMing you for jobs lol.
But if you still want to make it better, take this advice from a non experienced guy perspective!
- Make them be at the sides a little
- A little more shadows

Great GFX! Maybe add an outline around the players to make them have a “pop” effect. Thats all I would suggest.

I do not really like blender as it makes the character very shiny!

Mhm, I find it is quite hard to do good poses!
I suggest you use r15 for renders because you can make more poses! It can be a little harder to do but you’re able to make good poses!

Nice I like the lighting! Maybe work on the posing of the avatar (use a rig in Blender/C4D)
