I have just made a GFX of my dev team[Yup me on the left and my friend on the right]. I would like some feed back to improve on this.

Is there a way I can make the red head not be affected by the light because I think it looks too bright

It’s pretty good! One thing I will critique on is that the light on the left character is very intense and causes him to look oversaturated. Additionally, on the right character, his right leg appears to be slightly off from the torso, and with your positioning, it looks a bit odd.
