I like the style of it but you could make the black lines look a little neater. Also you could always add some text on it if it is for a game or something. Hope this helps.

Its pretty good as the Render is quite high quality, though you have gone abit too overboard with the effects. I feel like the brush effect you’ve given to the hands isn’t quite good, you could use probably lightning, and make sure your effects match the lighting. So let’s say your lighting was red make sure your effects are red too. You should add the backdrop effects in a layer below the render. Anyways, great work! Keep it up.

I like the fire and ice / water theme you are going for however the background looks messy. If you have the money for it, I’d suggest buying Procreate or Procreate Pocket - you can make some amazing backgrounds in it and do digital art if you wish.

It is unfortunately only on iOS devices. Photoshop would be a good choice on PC but it’s expensive.

I don’t know - I don’t use Adobe Photoshop. Maybe you could find some free to use textures on Google for the background.
It’s really good, it’s very smooth. Especially the hair…like anime hair!
The only thing that irks me is the shirt, it’s not very smooth like the others. But you can’t always make everything perfect. So it’s fine if you can’t make the shirt any smoother.
I like it. I don’t see much wrong with it. Maybe neaten up the red and blue. I see what you’re doing with them, but they could be neater.
