Looks good man. I like the lighting you used on the render.

Aye, thanks dude for the feedback!

The color scheme is pretty nice. I like how the eyes in the hood are glowing.

I think the sword stands out a bit too much with the background. In my opinion light coming form the bottom right of the render seems a bit odd.

As for the background — I guess it fits a bit. The lighting from the image has barely any impact on the character.

Maybe next time try to build a setting in blender/studio instead of taking an image from the internet.

Good work!

If I’m not mistaken, you’re not allowed to use copyrighted work in your GFX in a way in which you’d profit off of it. 5 Centimeters per Second, the movie, is copyrighted.

I don’t sell my GFX’s, its just how i improve!

In the future, like @DJCreeper_167 said, try making your own backgrounds instead. If you ever plan on selling your GFXs, use original work.

Even if you’re not trying to make a profit, it’ll still be good practice.

The lighting doesn’t really match the background in my opinion. The render is reflecting purple/pinkish light, however I don’t see anything in your gfx that gives off that light. It’s alright though, as we all make mistakes to improve.
