I like the colors but there are some things I think you should change. Below are theses things:

The person looks very shiny that does not make it look very good.
If you are going to make the hands have a very glowey outline then the feet should as well.

This person is going for an anime character called Saitama, it is a strong character who gave his hair for like overwhelming power in his fists. So it wouldn’t make sense for his feet to have a glowey outline.

Also you can add a face on that would make it look better as well.
