This is a free Mac wallpaper that you didn’t draw.
It’s better to be creative- Even though it’s free to use, people will appreciate original work.
It looks pretty good. Although you might want to remove the random sphere at the top.
That random sphere is a moon that got cut off in the picture. He didn’t make the picture.
It’s a free Mac wallpaper.
That being said, at least you put some effort in. That’s what counts
It just a group logo.Chill (30 chars)
But your literally trying to have us review something you basically took straight off the web.
You should try to make something original next time.

Well its a group logo. (30 chars)
Uhh, I don’t think he ever mentioned putting effort into it. He just wants to know what others think he should add/remove from the image. If you wanna criticize him, then make it constructive. All you’re doing is putting people down.
Guys, he/she (sorry) can use whatever photo off the internet they want for their group photo. I think (I don’t want to minimod, but) this is getting off-topic. There is nothing in the ToS that say he/she cant do this.
Ignore the negative comments, they’re just not helpful at all, art is created by other art; some like to add complex stuff that complements it; some just add a little bit of them to it.
Anyways I really like the logo, my suggestion is that you could reduce a little bit the drop shadow of the text, nice logo!
I think you should add a Vignette to the photo, Either a white one, or a black one.
Since everyone wants to critique you for ripping images off of google, let me give you some actual constructive help.
First, there’s nothing wrong with using google images. However, you might find it advantageous to start learning compositing techniques to create more customized backgrounds, this makes your work feel more original, and helps avoid complicated copyright law
Now to critique your actual work. First, we need to take into consideration not just the pixel resolution of the image we’re creating, but the viewing size. Roblox group icons are often being viewed from a half inch to a couple inches at the largest.
This means we need to consider how busy the image will feel at its size.
Let’s start with the text. First, it could be larger. Since the canvas we’re working (the Roblox group page) has such little space for our icon, we should take full advantage of it. Our text could be expanded quite a bit, and offset in a stylistic way.
Like so
Now we have large, bold text. I’ve also chosen a taller font to maximize that vertical space. An outline is a great way to make text more legible, but too many outlines and layers will make it cluttered! So I will add a very basic outline and shadow, similar to yours.
Like so
Simplicity is okay. Text should be legible, it’s meant for reading. In this case, our background image will provide plenty of context for the rest of the icon.
Now for composition. We still have a few problems. When viewed at a small size, the text is more legible, but we can’t tell what’s going on behind it! The image is just totally a mess.
First, I’m going to crop it into a square. Your original image was 800x600 (wider than tall), and as a result Roblox squished it horizontally on your group page.
Since we’re changing the size of the background, we may as well reposition the horizon to be a little lower, as well. This gives us more of that planet in the background.
In landscape photos, the horizon is often the focal point of the image, having the focal point directly behind the text makes the image more muddy than necessary. The above image is not perfect, but it’s a little clearer to see what is going on in the background image
Final thoughts and result:
Since the background is so bright in your image, keeping the text bright white is a risky choice. Though an outline helps, it may be beneficial to change the colour of the text, too!
Reddish orange gradient on text
Now with our more distinct text, we can take a look at it while zoomed out, and see that the background is still pretty detailed. Using a blurring tool you can quickly paint out details that don’t matter, such as overly detailed rock textures. This keeps the image more basic, focusing on what matters.
Now the last problem I think we have is that text is sort of just floating there in space. The text and the background look totally different, and don’t feel like they are part of the same design.
This can be solved by changing the colours of both layers together. So I applied a color filter to make the image feel “colder” (similarly to your original being much brighter).
To top it all off, I put a glare coming from the lighthouse on the right to give the text some dimensionality and make it fit in the image.
Now, there are many other ways of going about designing a logo. But I tried to write this to help you with your specific image idea. You could experiment with making the text smaller, now that it’s more legible. You could also experiment with filters, different patterned backgrounds, different fonts.
Lots of options!
Hope you find some of this helpful!
Thanks for the tips You are so professional
