Feedback on my group logos

I made a two logos for my group like 2 or 2.5 years ago and I don’t know how to improve without changing the logos into something that looks totally different.

Yes the circle isn’t centered because I don’t know how to make a circle properly.
I also have one the white one with a full white backround.
