i fixed it. Roblox would not load it but i re uploaded it and it works
The UI Font is a bit odd. Other than that its good.

It’s not bad, but HOI4 is very political, which is banned on Roblox, I’m not sure if you’ll ever be able to beat RON or to simply survive.
From the view it’s like RON, with colors.

i might instead have actual objectives in game so people can actually beat it instead of the server continuing forever. Small things like maybe the server ending when one player invades everyone else or something like that

The UI seems like it’s trying too hard to be like RoN, maybe switch it up for a sort of sidebar-menu type system. Apart from that, I wish you luck whilst developing this game. Looks like it has potential.

I feel like the map is a bit too pixelated, maybe add parts shaped like the nations above them instead?

This is a pretty blatant copy of RON. I recommend you try be creative- use the same genre of geopolitics but don’t just copy every aspect of Rise of Nations. All I see a is a less developed User Interface and a low-quality globe.

If your using parts for a country, why not just use the highlight instance on a model / Union?
I recommend you two things:
1- Turn the provinces/country from a unionpart to a meshpart, this could be done easily with the blender app, just make sure to get a picture of the world map to it and you should be done for.
2- Make the camera move faster.
But besides that it looks off a great start.
this is unlikely to compete with rise of nations.
You could incorporate different things into a game like this, like instead of making it a political game, make it like Plagues Inc since u got the map ready itll be a perfect map for games like Plague Inc
