Feedback on my Improved Drawing

Hello, everyone!
I have been getting used to drawing, so I decided to trace another GFX with Photoshop , and then edit it to make it look like my Roblox avatar and here is the final design:

(I didn’t really cut the border outline well.)

I have also traced another profile picture and made this as well:

(The editing is mine, but the layout of it credits to another GFX designer.)

Is there any feedback or suggestions I can add to improve my designing skills?

These look great, although some lines aren’t very straight. Also, if you wanted to, you could add shading and that would help.
