Shouldn’t katanas be curved? The one you made is quite straight.

Yes, I never liked making curved katanas. They never seemed right for my game.

Okay. I did a little research, and the sword that you made should be called a “Chokutō”. They were used before the curved katana.

lol a bit excessive but cool. So out of 10 whats the rating?

I will not give you a rating, since asking for one is against the rules, but I will give you some more useful feedback. (Take it with a grain of salt. I am no sword expert.)

1. The habaki also looks thicker than reference pictures I have seen.

2. For my taste, the tsuba is a bit small and boring. Maybe include a distinctive design that sets this sword apart from the rest.

3. The boshi of the sword seems too sharp. I would suggest rounding it off a little bit as well.
