I would recommend adjusting some lighting in your file to allow the moon to provide light to your character and give the art a bit more of detail towards its final outcome, and maybe some slight lighting in the front to make the character look a bit more detailed as well.
Never seen a GFX with a facial reconstruction though, looks very nice!
