Feedback on my latest incremental game

I’ve recently been working on this game called “Eat Food To Get Rich” and was hoping to receive feedback on it.

I’m mainly looking for feedback on the balancing, core loop, engagement, and monetization, but any tips would help.

The gameplay is pretty simple as of now and mostly consists of collecting food, getting bigger, selling size for cash, and upgrading various stats.

Here’s a clip showcasing a bit of the game. (sorry for bad quality)

I mean what feedback are you expecting to get because you’ve pretty much copied the formula you intended to copy. All that matters now is just whether you’re lucky algorithm wise.

I forgot to mention that some players play for long sessions while many play for short sessions. As of yesterday, the average playtime was ~6.8 minutes. I figured that should be higher so I was wondering if there was anything I could do to improve that.

I mean, the game feels too repetitive IMO.
And it also takes a while for anything significant to happen gameplay wise (like unlocking rebirths or whatever)

Probably make it so players can AFK in the game on mobile by finding a way to circumvent the 20 minute idle restriction. It’ll boost your retention.

Yeah I feel the same way. Any ideas on how to prevent this? I was considering adding occasional minigame tournaments where the winner receives cash but I don’t know for sure yet.
