Here is my thoughts,

Positive Feedback:

-Nice Colors
-Nice background I guess, lmao

Negative Feedback:

-Too Bland
-Look’s weird
-Not appealing
-text is too small

Hope you take this into consideration, and make medications to your logo.

I would say maybe reduce the blur and make the text bigger, this should really improve it.

Your game art looks good so far, however it could use improving,

  1. As others have said, you should make the text bigger
  2. The edges of the red viruses are too rough
  3. Possibly move the red viruses towards the middle
  4. Maybe add different faces to the viruses instead of the same exact face
