This I would consider to be a low part count building rather than low poly, as polygons is what you count in meshes. Either way I would say the first one.

Alright so two things I want to spot out.

  1. This looks incredible and I prefer the first one.
  2. This also looks good but I get a Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends vibe.

With this, my choice is below. I chose this because it looks more natural.

The first building looks the best!

  • Looks simple, clean, and professional enough.
  • Shows that simple low-poly style, this is a very nice style to use.

Secondly, I believe you should try adding onto the low-poly building.

  • Allow the windows to pop out more, add small plant shelves.
  • Add detail, you could try referencing to images on the internet too.
  • Try and make the trees more realistic.
  • Add a flat roof to the top, detailed.
